We congratulate our sports law team. Dr. André Soldner is now also mentioned as one of the leading sports lawyers in Germany in the new edition of JUVE 2017/2018.
The sport law practice led by Dr. Hermann Schlindwein continues to flourish. The booming transfer business in professional football is one of the reasons. Sport intermediaries and clubs are given the best position. However, the original focus of the practice, namely sponsoring and marketing issues, as well as involvement of rights holders in the exploitation of media rights should not be overlooked.
